Payment Clearance

Shipment would commence upon clearance of payment.
Listed below are the various methods of payment anf how long each take to clear.

• PayPal, MoneyBookers or E-Gold would be cleared within 48 hours
• Wire Transfer takes about 7 days for the funds to be credited into our account.
• Cheques or Bank Draft drawn from a Singapore Bank clears within 3 days.
• All other checks take about 30 days to clear

Bank Charges

There is an additional charge of US$25 for the following methods of payment.

1. Wire Transfer
2. Personal or Company Checks that cannot be drawn in Singapore or US

(Orders would be shipped only upon receipt of full payment)

SHIPPING INFO

We ship to any part of the World.

Time frame for delivery depends on the selected Shipping Method.
We ship using either Parcel Post (14 to 21 days) or Courier (4 to 5 days).
Shipping would commence after payment has been received.

When you place your order, you can state your preference. You can
also choose to use Your Own Shipping Account with any Courier
company like FedEx, DHL or UPS. In such cases, you would be billed
directly by the Shipping Agent.

Shipping charges are not calculated automatically. Once we receive your order,
we will look at your shipping preference and calculate the Shipping Charges
(No shipping charges if you use your own Shipping Agent).
We will then bill you accordingly through your selected Payment Method.
It is important that you give us your correct Payment email address.

Delivery would commence after payment has been received.
Time frame for delivery depends on the selected Shipping Method.

Take Note:

We do not ship out to PO Box Addresses.
Please spell out your address in full and make sure it is accurate.
Most delays are due to the wrong address being given or not giving the name of the receiver.
